Interfaith Vigil for Immigrant Justice at Broadview Detention Center
Join us the first Friday of every month for an interfaith prayer vigil at Broadview Detention Center at 1930 Beach St, Broadview, IL 60153.
Join the Chicago New Sanctuary Coalition, Sisters of Mercy, Sisters and
Brothers of Immigrants, Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, Office for
Immigrant Affairs & Immigration Education of the Archdiocese of Chicago,
and other members of the religious community in a vigil to stand in solidarity
with those being deported, the families of those in detention or facing
deportation and be a public witness to the injustices of our broken immigration
system.

From the loop take I-290 W to South 25th Ave exit, 18A, turn right at Lexington
St., Turn Left on Beach St.
The second, third and fourth Fridays of the month, the vigil is centered on the Catholic Rosary. Everyone is always welcome to participate any Friday of the month in this important and powerful public witness.
